What is freedom but a constraint?

A young boy wants to grow up and become something.

That same boy when he is older then wants to revert to childhood and “relax.”

The error is not that life is a burden.
The error is that life gave him exactly what he wanted.
But then, he didn’t want it…

Freedom is a constraint.

Marriage failure rates are higher now compared to the past.
Marriage is largely by choice now.
Marriage used to be arranged.

Society got what it wanted: the freedom to choose who we love and spend our lives with.
Did “society” choose correctly?
